Dr. Gail Kopin is a board certified Naturopathic Alternative Practitioner through the Alternative Medical Association and the Association of Drugless Practitioners. She completed all of her credentials with the highest honors and specializes in many facets of alternative methods to treat the whole body. She believes that the key is determining the root cause of disease rather than treating the symptoms. Dr. Gail promotes the use of natural substances to strengthen the body’s natural ability to heal, maintain and build health. She helps adults, children, the elderly and special needs patients who have not found answers to their health issues through conventional medicine and sources.
In addition, Dr. Gail is a Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Illinois and a Board Certified Orofacial Myologist. Dr. Gail is also on
Congressman Paul Ryan's health care advisory board. Congressman Ryan supports preventive care, competition, equalizing insurance and competition, HSA’s, higher deductibles to drive health care down, and economy health.
Dr. Gail’s Story
Dr. Gail's personal experiences with severe health issues have helped to shape her beliefs and approach towards her own health and her patients' overall well-being. In her thirties, she was diagnosed with severe health problems, which included unexplained MS symptoms, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, cancer, depressed immunity, heart problems, poor memory, fevers, chronic sore throats, herpes simplex, Epstein-Barr and allergies. While conventional medicine provided diagnoses and pharmaceutical treatment, she remained ill. After consulting with a holistic physician and chiropractor, it was determined that Dr. Gail had been exposed to heavy metal toxins in a past work environment. Through natural care and alternative treatments, Dr. Gail's health issues were resolved, and today she has her health back. For this reason, Gail became a naturopathic doctor and has a life-long passion to help and teach others to manage and maintain good health.
